We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to take the reins of our cloud platform and elevate it to new heights. As our Senior Cloud Platform Manager, you won’t just manage infrastructure—you’ll help create the future of how our organisation delivers value through technology.

You’ll be the driving force behind our Cloud Centre of Excellence, setting the vision and building a high-performance culture that champions resilience, scalability, security, and innovation. You’ll lead empowered teams of Product Owners and Engineers, inspiring them to push boundaries, unlock new capabilities, and deliver seamless experiences that serve our members and our mission.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology. You’ll shape long-term cloud adoption, drive platform maturity, and ensure our cloud ecosystem is a catalyst for transformation across a complex and fast-moving change portfolio.

You will work as part of the IT department, reporting into the Head of IT, which is part of the broader Technology, Transformation and Resilience function of around 400 technology professionals
