You will lead end-to-end technical delivery of solutions for our Customer Engagement Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ensure solutions are designed and engineered using appropriate methods and tools, aligned to organisational strategy, security, and standards. Drive adoption of best practices in solution architecture and ALM to meet business goals, deliver value to stakeholders, and manage technical risk. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Lead and take ownership across all stages and iterations of Dynamics delivery.
* Plan, drive, and evaluate Dataverse solution construction (tables, relationships, forms, views, model-driven apps) aligning with engineering and security standards
* Design and implement server-side extensions (C# plug-ins, custom workflow activities) and client-side behaviours (Type Script/JavaScript, form/context APIs)
