Join the team at this stunning nursery on the outskirts of Skipton as a qualified nursery nurse!

We're seeking an experienced practitioner, to come and join a nursery school within their baby room provision. The ideal candidate will be qualified in young children's learning and development, with an inspiring and enthusiastic approach to delivering outstanding care and early education. They will have experience working with young babies 0‑2 years, and be sensitive to the needs of children and their families at this stage.

They will love helping young children to explore their environment, providing activities to explore nature and the senses, whilst developing fine and gross motor skills.

The nursery is set a short 5 minute drive out of Skipton, in the stunning North Yorkshire countryside. Children have access to a beautiful outdoor environment with garden areas and natural resources, as well as thoughtfully designed learning environments indoors that encourage children to experience art, music, creativity and love of the environment as well as develop their early learning skills.

The nursery are looking for a full time practitioner, however would also love to hear from those looking to work part days. The hours of work would be Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm; (or 8am-1pm / 1pm-5.30pm for those looking at part time work). The salary is negotiable, depending on previous experience and qualifications. The setting would be willing to consider an immediate start for the right candidate, post satisfactory completed background checks.
