Freelance Site Manager – Care Home Project
📍 Skipton, North Yorkshire

We are a construction recruitment agency currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a care home project in Skipton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured project with a reputable contractor, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of site activities

* Coordinating subcontractors and trades

* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

* Managing site paperwork, inductions, and RAMS

* Liaising with the client, consultants, and project team

* Maintaining programme and quality standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on care home or similar healthcare/residential projects

* Enhanced DBS (essential)

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and lead a site team
