Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repair activities on commercial vehicles and trailers.
- Diagnose faults and conduct tests to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Complete paperwork and procedures related to warranty, contract, and retail work.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise unnecessary customer costs.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably within your capabilities as instructed by the Manager.

Skills, Experience, and

Education:

Communication:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, confident, and professional manner.

Knowledge/Expertise:
- City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Experience in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of work methods and technical data through manufacturer training courses.

Innovation:
- Organised and methodical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Business Impact:
- Full and current UK driving licence; a HGV licence would be advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a larger team.

Accountabilities:
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within set deadlines.
- Demonstrate leadership by maintaining a professional and proactive approach to all duties.
