As a Bze Prep Operative
, you’ll process customer components according to agreed standards and ensure the smooth running of the braze prep department. Taking ownership of component preparation, inspection, and planning, you’ll impact product quality, efficiency, and overall production success.

• Experience preparing components following detailed instructions
• Ability to inspect your own work and maintain quality standards
• Knowledge of maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
• Supportive in assisting the Production Manager with daily operations
• Skilled in planning braze jobs and allocating resources effectively
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable
• Must be willing to work shifts

This role is based in Skelmersdale with onsite expectations. Some travel may be required.
