What you will do
  • Lead and manage a dedicated social work team in hospital settings, ensuring high standards of practice and client care.

Requirements of the Team Manager
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Maintain current Social Work England registration.
  • Showcase recent managerial experience as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager within a similar setting.
  • Possess significant frontline experience in Adults Services as a Team Manager, with a flair for dynamic leadership.
