Overview
A leading NHS healthcare provider in Appley Bridge is seeking an experienced Operational Estates Maintenance Worker (Joiner) to assist in the repair and maintenance of their facilities. The role involves performing planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties, ensuring the integrity of building services. This is a full-time role based at Wrightington Hospital.
Responsibilities- Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties as part of the estate maintenance team.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of facilities to ensure building services reliability.
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team and help lead where required.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification related to carpentry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead within a multi-disciplinary team.
