45001 certification, managing strategy, hands-on oversight, and training of staff. Ideal candidates will have a NEBOSH Certificate with 3-5 years H&S experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a site-based role.
