We’re looking for an experienced Electrician to undertake multi-skilled electrical pre-planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs, new works on equipment and minor new installations. The role requires ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines, statutory acts and regulations. Relevant tools and equipment are all provided. Typical working hours cover five days over a seven-shift pattern that includes weekends (on a rota system).

• Full driving licence.
• Working knowledge of household facilities maintenance.
• Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent service training and qualification within a recognised body (City and Guilds, Level 3 NVQ).
• BS 7671 18th Edition (Amendment
  3) 2019 qualification.
• Demonstrable knowledge of current applicable statutes and regulations.
• Verifiable working history and standard electrician skill set.
