Caravan Sales Advisor

We are looking to recruit an experienced Caravan Sales Professional who is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and self‑motivated. Your responsibilities will include providing high‑quality customer service and acting as a friendly face for the company under the direction of the Sales Manager.

• Role model company values and behaviours at all times.
• Maintain close communication with the sales manager in order to ensure that sales targets are consistently reached on a regular basis.
• Generate Sales Leads:
  Utilising social media, sales events, and follow up on previous sales enquiries to generate your own sales opportunities.
• Customer Service:
  Possessing a high level of product knowledge. Responding to enquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about available caravans and related services to potential customers.
• Sales Support:
  Preparing sales documentation, contracts and invoices. Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer details and payments.
• Management of data:
  Ensuring the website is updated with accurate and up‑to‑date information relating to caravans for sale on your designated holiday park.
• Appointment Co‑ordination:
  Coordinating appointments and tours to view caravans for potential customers.

• Experience in target‑driven environments, particularly high‑value sales.
• Capability to close deals and build upon customer loyalty.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
