Contract Type: Flexible / Supply
Salary: £120–£160 per day (depending on experience)

We are looking for passionate and adaptable Primary Teachers to join our supply team and support schools across Skegness. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who want flexibility while making a real difference in the classroom.

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils are supported in their learning. You’ll work across different year groups and schools, so adaptability and enthusiasm are key.

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Assess and support pupil progress.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire pupils.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Previous experience in primary education.
