Job Description - Warehouse Picker

Location: Busy 3PL Warehouse

Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday (08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00), with the option to move onto future shift patterns

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Contract: Full-time

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Picker to join a fast-paced 3PL warehouse operation. This is a high-volume picking role working across multiple customer contracts on site. The successful candidate must be confident working to targets, adaptable to different contract requirements, and willing to move onto shift work in the future.

Picking will involve a variety of goods differing in size and weight, with some duties carried out in a chilled environment
.

• Pick orders accurately at high volume across multiple customer contracts
• Work across different areas of the warehouse, including chiller environments
• Handle goods of varying sizes and weights safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and manual picking methods as required
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets consistently
• Support general warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow
• Adhere to all site health & safety rules and company procedures
• Work flexibly to support changing operational demands

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Picker (high-volume environment essential)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to carry out manual handling and physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working across multiple contracts and departments
• Willingness to work in chilled areas when required
• Flexibility to move onto shift work in the future
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
