About the Role
We're recruiting Sales Consultants for a leading house builder across multiple locations in East Kent and East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful sales team and help people find their dream home whilst earning excellent commission.
We're keen to speak with candidates who bring fresh perspectives to the role - experience in customer-facing positions is valuable.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers through important life decisions
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Flexibility to work weekends (with midweek days off in return)
What's On Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £29,000 - £32,000
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £45,000 - £65,000
