Key Responsibilities
- Precision Servicing & Repair: Perform thorough servicing and repairs on nutritional devices, including diagnosing functional failures in feed pumps and replacing faulty components.
- Meticulous Testing & Compliance: Conduct comprehensive incoming and outgoing tests on all devices and maintain accurate, compliant paper and electronic records for all testing, repair, and calibration activities.
- Upholding Quality Standards: Champion a culture of quality by strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Ensure safety protocols and correct PPE use are always followed.
- Expert Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model for new and existing colleagues, sharing technical expertise and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.
- Process Optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing repair processes and documentation, reporting suggestions to your supervisor.
- Technically Minded: Previous experience in a technical field, whether through professional work, vocational training, or substantial personal projects (e.g., electronics, mechanics, IT hardware repair).
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Approach work is meticulous and focused, with a commitment to high‑quality results.
- Computer Proficient: PC literate and comfortable using databases and spreadsheets for accurate record‑keeping and tracking.
