Job Vacancy:
Healthcare Assistant Nights

Location: Woodstock Residential Care Home in Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4HN

Contracted hours: 33 hours (to include – every other weekend free, as applicable). Rota Hours - 8pm - 8am 3 shifts over a 7 day rota

Work flexibility: in accordance with your availability and the service requirements

Hourly rate of pay: £12.50

The Health Care Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
  • Ensuring care plans, assessments and risk assessments and other care documentation in place to support residents are followed accordingly.
  • Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
  • Maintaining the residents’ independence, privacy, and dignity always.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).
  • Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
