The Senior Management Accountant plays a key role in providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decision‑making. This position is responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders on M&A and onboarding businesses.

• Oversee balance sheet reviews, accruals, and provisions
• Support statutory accounts and audit processes
• Lead the hub’s mergers and acquisitions while driving a seamless onboarding process.
• Manage, motivate and review work of a team of 2 in accounts payable
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts with accurate commentary and variance analysis
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Cashflow forecasting

• Extensive experience in management accounting within a complex or fast‑paced environment
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Solid Microsoft Excel capability is important, with scope to build further.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Significant experience in a management accounting or finance business partnering role
• Experience of Xero, Netsuite and CCH desirable
