Transformation Manager - Business Central ERP Migration

3 month + contract paying up to £1,000pday Umbrella or Limited Co. The role can be fully remote or hybrid based in one of their offices (Sittingbourne, Copenhagen or Dusseldorf)

Job Description and experience required:

• Finance / Systems expertise to migrate 5 German legal entities from Datev to Microsoft Business Central
• Work with existing German finance team to understand current set up and requirements in new system
• Work with Business Central tech consultant to deliver integrations if / where required e.g. with billing systems (new), with Continia Document Capture / Payment Management (in use in other companies)
• Agree the set up required with Group Finance team in UK / Denmark (including mapping Chart of Accounts, Dimension use, standard group Master data set up)
• Set up the BC entities as required – matching group set up / structure including AP workflows
• Work with key finance team personnel to agree customer, vendor and general ledger data to be migrated (including balance history)
• Support German team with UAT / training.
• Ensure compliance with German accounting regulations and tax compliance through the setup chosen.
• English and German languages must both be spoken fluently with good written communication in both.
