An established FM Property company is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will have City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 qualifications and 17th/18th Edition certification, with a solid track record in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities include planned and reactive electrical maintenance, working with HVAC systems, and monitoring general building fabric.
This role offers a salary up to £41,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday and a pension scheme.
