Salary: £65,000 + Bonus Scheme

Hours:

Monday to Friday Days + Call Out Rota.

Location:

Sittingbourne, Kent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Engineer to join a large client within the manufacturing sector with fast paced but large industrial machinery. This is a balanced role, where the lead engineers time will be split 50% planning and coordination (office-based) and 50% hands-on engineering support on site.

• As Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring plant uptime, reliability, and team effectiveness across a very large site where strong organisation, visibility, and leadership are essential.

• Electrical Engineering Background and Electrical Bias
• PLC Fault Finding Experience
• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, AC/DC drives
• Experience working in a manufacturing background
• Leadership experience or the aspiration to want leadership.
• Electrical Engineering Qualification

• Bonus Scheme worth up to 10%
