Primary Teachers (QTS needed) - Sittingbourne Area

Location:

Swale Trust - Regis Manor, Westlands Primary & Other Primary Schools, Sittingbourne

Pay: £129 to £163.23 per day (aligned with teacher union guidance)

Contract:

Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

We are recruiting experienced Primary Teachers to provide general cover in primary schools across the Sittingbourne area, including Regis Manor and Westlands Primary.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior primary teaching experience, who are confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, engaging learning environment. Teachers will deliver pre-set work only.

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work to pupils
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - needed
• Experience teaching in primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Flexible or long-term general cover roles
• Direct work with schools as a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Ongoing CPD opportunities
