Operational Support Officer – Southern Housing
Southern Housing are looking for two motivated and dedicated candidates to join our Operational Support department as an Operational Support Officer.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be reporting to an Operational Support Team Manager and will deliver high‑quality support services for our Operations and Customer Transactions Directorates.
You will provide administrative support services that are customer‑centred and efficient, positively supporting our wider teams collaboratively.
LocationThis is a hybrid working role with an expectation of at least 3 days (subject to agreement with your manager after training) within our Sittingbourne office.
EmploymentFull‑time, permanent position based in the Sittingbourne office.
Qualifications- A proven track record of delivering a successful customer‑focused service
- An excellent understanding of process
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong desire to support other teams and deliver a one‑team approach
- Good listening skills with the ability to effectively apply the knowledge gained
- Strong belief in customer satisfaction and business‑benefit driven solutions
