Site Manager – Residential Development (Sittingbourne, Kent)
Salary: £70,000 per year + benefits
A leading UK house builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a residential development in Sittingbourne, Kent. The company is known for delivering high-quality, large-scale housing schemes across the UK with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Full day-to-day management of a residential site from start through to completion
- Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials to programme
- Ensuring works are delivered to NHBC standards and company quality expectations
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation
- Coordinating with technical, commercial, and customer care teams
- Driving programme, quality, and cost control across the development
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects
- Strong understanding of build programmes, quality control, and H&S
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS required
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
