Community Administrator – Sittingbourne

Forward Trust is looking for an Administrator to support our Swale community drug and alcohol service, based in Sittingbourne, helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality data reporting that makes a real difference.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Swale service
  • Collect, input and monitor data to meet commissioner and organisational targets
  • Produce monthly monitoring reports and support audits
  • Manage phones, enquiries, post, meeting minutes and communications
  • Maintain accurate records across systems including Excel, Outlook, ILLY and Neo

  • Liaise with clinical teams, partner agencies and Head Office
  • Order stock, maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order
  • Support confidentiality, data protection, quality and governance standards at all times
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and case management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexibly across East Kent sites when required
  • Professional, discreet and client‑focused communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who uses initiative
