** - Join a dynamic team that coordinates and performs a variety of nursing care procedures for patients of all ages.
- Utilize your professional knowledge to assess and respond to specific patient conditions and treatments.

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Provide safe, therapeutic, and efficient care to patients with complex needs.
- Set priorities based on patient acuity and preferences.
- Utilize appropriate infection control measures and anticipate potential problems.
- Accurately administer age-specific medications and therapeutics.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care activities.
- Educate patients and families on illness management and promote optimal health.
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and adapt care plans as necessary.

* Qualifications:
** - Must possess a valid, current, full, and unrestricted RN license in the State of Alaska.
- One-year clinical nurse experience preferred; prior specialty experience is a plus.
- Required certifications: BLS and PALS upon hire; ACLS within 6 months.
