This position is a member of an outstanding nursing and direct‑care staff and plays a vital role in providing person‑centered care and support in a safe environment for up to sixty‑five (65) elder residents.

Provide high‑quality care to assisted‑living home residents in a warm, supportive, and caring manner. This position provides clinical and medication administration to residents and clinical support to the care teams. Focus will be on quality resident care, the growth, development, and empowerment of healthcare teams, and the promotion of assisted‑living philosophy and statutes.

This job is located at the Sitka Pioneer Home, an assisted‑living home in the heart of downtown at 120 Katlian Street in Sitka, Alaska. Imagine working in an environment on a beautiful waterfront campus, renowned for its gorgeous and aromatic rose hedges and scenic views.

This position is flexibly staffed. The vacancy may be filled at either level, depending on the applicant’s training and/or experience. It is recommended that you apply for all levels if you qualify.
