- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
- Experience in perioperative or surgical settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- BLS certification preferred.
- Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures.
- Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields.
- Monitor surgical equipment and ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies.
- Document procedural details and collaborate with the surgical team.
