Role Specifics and Benefits
  • Core responsibilities:

    Perform, validate, and document a broad spectrum of laboratory tests with accuracy and speed. Operate, calibrate, and maintain analyzers and supporting equipment; perform quality control checks and implement corrective actions when results deviate; ensure proper specimen handling, accessioning, and chain-of-custody. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, document results in the LIS, and communicate critical values promptly to the clinical team.

    Participate in specimen processing, instrument maintenance scheduling, and instrument troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure reliability in patient testing.

    This role emphasizes breadth and depth of experience across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and specimen management.
