Drive My Way is hiring a CDL A Local Delivery Driver in Sioux Falls, SD. This non‑union role involves delivering temperature‑controlled foods safely and on time within the Sioux Falls area. Work hours are between 12 am–4 am with an average of 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: $31.10 starting rate
Schedule: 12 am–4 am shifts, Monday–Friday
Home Time: Home every day

• Touch freight; routine lifting and stepping on/off truck

• Single axle tractor and 53‑foot trailer, automatic transmission

• At least 21 years old
• Valid CDL A license
• Minimum 2 years driving experience
• Safe driving record, no serious convictions in last 5 years; all accidents and violations reviewed
• No DUIs/OWIs in last 5 years
• Registered with FMCSA’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Pass DOT pre‑employment drug test, DOT physical, MVR, and national background screen
• Basic knowledge of temperature‑controlled food transport preferred
• Use of smartphones/tablets and ELD for logging positions and driving times
• Flexible toward changing routes and working times
• Customer‑oriented attitude, displaying company values
• Basic vehicle mechanics for reporting breakdowns and performing basic repairs
• Live within 50 miles of Sioux Falls, SD
