Sioux Falls, SD – Retail shop

• Consistent Monday‑Friday day work

• Safely load, deliver, and unload gas cylinders to customer locations, recording deliveries and obtaining signatures.
• Maintain good customer relations, resolve service inquiries and complaints.
• Communicate any changes or issues to the manager or Airgas sales associate.
• Perform cylinder inspections and document results per operating procedures.
• Maintain load manifests and vehicle documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, noting deficiencies.
• Adhere to all safety rules and report incidents promptly.
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment.
• Work in warehouse or on dock as needed.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• One year of Class B professional driving experience within the last five years with a clean driving record (see specific conditions).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hazmat & Airbrake certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Basic math skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Touch freight experience.
• Prior experience in the gas, welding, or safety supply industry.
