Provide survivor-centered case management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide responsive support
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and intakes with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and survivor autonomy
- Develop individualized case management goals and plans with youth and adult clients
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation within the client database
- Coordinate referrals and services through community partners
- Provide transportation when appropriate using a personal or agency vehicle
- Work alongside the Call to Freedom care team to provide holistic services including housing, emergency support, mentorship, and recovery resources
- Collaborate with shelters, halfway houses, schools, correctional facilities, and rural response teams
- Serve as a liaison between Call to Freedom and partner organizations referring cases
- Coordinate services for newly identified victims both locally and nationally
- Provide education and training to service providers and community partners
- Participate in collaborative care meetings and community response teams
- Assist in implementing prevention education in the community
- Work closely with the Director of Marissa's House & Outreach Services to manage intake referrals
- Assist with case navigation and service coordination for clients across the country
- Travel as needed to meet with partners and response teams
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred
- Experience in case management with victims of violence, trafficking, trauma, or substance abuse
- Training or familiarity with trauma-informed care
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities
- Self-directed, flexible, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain motor vehicle insurance
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including possible overnight trips
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
