Join our dynamic team at Enclave as a Property Maintenance Technician, where you ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residents. We re looking for a skilled professional with hands-on expertise in all aspects of residential maintenance repair and service. As part of our team, you ll help ensure that our properties remain in top-notch condition, maintaining the high standards of customer service and support that Enclave is known for.

- Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to prevent breakdowns. Lubricate, clean, and adjust machines as necessary to ensure proper functioning. Replace worn or damaged parts and components to avoid equipment failure. - Repairs and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Perform repairs on malfunctioning equipment and systems. Work with team members or vendors to address complex issues and implement corrective actions. - Equipment Installation and Setup:
Install new machinery, equipment, or systems according to specifications and safety guidelines. Test equipment post-installation to ensure proper functioning. - Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety protocols. Use proper tools and equipment for repairs while minimizing hazards. - Documentation and Reporting:
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and inspections. Report issues, repairs, and inventory needs to supervisors or managers. - Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to improve equipment reliability. Provide technical support to other departments and team members when needed.
