Do you have a basic understanding of plumbing systems or water control devices? Are you mechanically inclined? Can you work effectively with tools? We need someone honest, who pays attention to detail, and are customer centric. You’ll need to manage your time well and communicate effectively with team members. We primarily employ those who had displayed a stick-with-it attitude and haven’t job hopped for years.

The role of the Water Installer & Technician will be focused on the installation, repair, maintenance, and delivery of water filtration systems while providing excellent customer service.

• Delivery and Installation of Water and Coffee Equipment for customers
• Daily communication with A&B teams and customers regarding service call activity and completion
• Setup and Staging of Water and Coffee Machines
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites for delivery and servicing equipment
• Provide recommendations to customers regarding services A&B can provide.
• Provide excellent customer service to include training on usage and cleaning of water filtration systems.
• Subject matter expert on all machines to assist customers with any questions they may have on the machines.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing concepts and water flow control devices
• Mechanically inclined and ability to work with tools.
• Strict attention to detail and professionalism

• Excellent time management skills: ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work without close supervision.

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of education and professional backgrounds.

• High school diploma or GED
• Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices is helpful
• Vocational Technical education is helpful but not required
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license REQUIRED

Compensation: $18.00 to $19.00 depending on experience
