Job Description SummaryMechanic
Responsibilities- Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
- Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
- Work with an incredible team of people in a safety‑focused environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.
- Handle a fleet primarily consisting of Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and equipment; specialty lines may include large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 3–5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty lines (generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred.
- May need to provide own mechanic’s tools of the trade.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Spanish or other bilingual skills may be required based on location needs.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Pay RangeBase Pay Range: $19.91 – $27.37 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience.
