Join a top provider of temporary space solutions as a hands‑on Construction Worker focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining modular trailers and portable offices. You’ll ensure every unit is safe, functional, and ready for customer deployment.

• Perform inspections and execute repairs on മണി trailers, office units, and portable buildings
• Handle light carpentry, framing, finish work, and flooring repairs
• Conduct basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and repairs
• Paint, caulk, and seal to maintain structural integrity and aesthetics

Inspect HVAC systems; replace filters and complete basic maintenance
• Assist with trailer “check‑in/out” inspections to assess damage and document repair needs
• Operate yard equipment and company vehicles safely for deliveries and relocations
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for service tasks
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized yard

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, or HVAC preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Clear communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Basic computer skills for logging service details and tracking inventory

• Competitive hourly pay
