Foreman In Training (Installation)
Location: Hartford, SD
Pay: $50,000+ annually (based on experience & performance)
Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round | Overtime as needed

What You’ll Do- Train intentionally to become a Foreman responsible for people, quality, and job outcomes
- Work on a 3-person install crew performing structural foundation repairs
- Load, transport, install, and unload materials, tools, and equipment daily
- Install steel rods, anchor plates, wall braces, push piers, drain tile systems, sump pumps, and related systems
- Follow company installation standards and safety protocols—non-negotiable
- Communicate clearly with crew members and leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and jobsite obd
- Construction experience required (foundation, concrete, or trade experience preferred)
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel and work in varying conditions
- Unrestricted lifting ability and physical stamina for Að demanding work
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality — this is critical
- Willingness to work overtime when required
