Pay: $50,000+ annually (based on experience & performance)
Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round | Overtime as needed

• Train intentionally to become a Foreman responsible for people, quality, and job outcomes
• Work on a 3-person install crew performing structural foundation repairs
• Load, transport, install, and unload materials, tools, and equipment daily
• Install steel rods, anchor plates, wall braces, push piers, drain tile systems, sump pumps, and related systems
• Follow company installation standards and safety protocols—non-negotiable
• Communicate clearly with crew members and leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and jobsite obd

• Construction experience required (foundation, concrete, or trade experience preferred)
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel and work in varying conditions
• Unrestricted lifting ability and physical stamina for Að demanding work
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality — this is critical
• Willingness to work overtime when required
