Job Overview:
Jans Corporation is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have carpentry experience and experience working with various building materials. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Hours: A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in commercial construction is required
• Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Must be willing to do inside and outside work
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 20%)
• Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings

Compensation
Starting at $25.00 per hour
