JOB SUMMARY

Perform skilled and semiskilled work relating to the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of traffic control signs. This position will be required to be on call after hours and on weekends.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from high school or GED certification supplemented with one (1) year of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of traffic control devices; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.

Must possess or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire a valid Class B commercial driver’s license with air brake endorsement.

  • The City participates in the South Dakota Retirement System. Employees receive a 6% match. Additionally, employees may choose to enroll in a Deferred Compensation Plan.
