Job Description:

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks on-site for our clients. You’ll be the face of our dealership in the field, providing expert service with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of truck makes and models.
• Provide emergency roadside assistance and support as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues quickly and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, stocked with necessary parts and tools.
• Document all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and time spent on each job.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck technician, preferably in a mobile service role.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
