• HVAC System Maintenance:
  Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and recommend preventative measures.

  Execute repairs, replacements, and installations, adhering to safety regulations.
• Emergency Response:
  Provide prompt support for HVAC emergencies, minimizing downtime.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports on system performance.
• Resident Interaction:
  Communicate effectively with management teams and residents, providing guidance on energy-efficient practices.

• Certifications:
  
  HVAC Certification from the State of South Dakota and EPA Certification are mandatory.
• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in property management.
• Skills:
  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency in repairs.
• Traits:
  Self-starter, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
