Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate contacts and/or public services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors; assist with visitor management, deliveries, and directing individuals to approved areas.;
Complete detailed security-related reports and shift logs, document unusual activity, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
