Automotive Finance Manager

Vern Eide Motorcars, Inc. was established in 1965 and is an employee-owned business. We offer a full-service facility to take care of all our customers’ automotive needs. We are currently looking for an individual who is willing to do what it takes to be successful. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, personable, outgoing, self-starter with a good work ethic. Our Finance Managers are paid based on a commission structure, so income is only limited by your ambition level.

Income potential is over $100,000 yearly.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a bridge between customers, sales staff, and lenders to finalize details.
  • Provide excellent customer service through listening to understand a customer’s needs, then offer appropriate financing options and protection plans.
  • Ensure compliance in all transactions through detailed paperwork so all federal, state, and local regulations are met.
  • Drive revenue by selling service contracts, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket enhancements.
  • Support and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions.
  • Work in tandem with the accounting department to ensure all deals are closed in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales is required.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
