Position: Insurance Agent / Broker

We are seeking driven and self-motivated Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to control your earning potential with high commission percentages for both new business and renewal business compared to the industry standard. All while building meaningful relationships with clients. With flexible scheduling and a supportive environment, you can achieve your career goals on your terms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate clients about various insurance options.
  • Set and manage your schedule to maximize productivity and client engagement.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
