Parts Counter - Sioux Falls
North American Truck & Trailer, Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter for our Sioux Falls location. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts sales within the trucking or automotive industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their trucks or trailers.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and keep track of stock.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding parts.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with returns and warranty claims as needed.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Prior experience in parts sales, preferably within the trucking or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of truck and trailer parts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in computer systems and software.
