Cabinet Designer​/Sales Representative

Our client, a well-respected company located near Sioux Falls is seeking a Cabinet Designer / Sales Representative for their facility.

This position is full-time with a M-F work schedule 8am-5pm and our client has a very competitive compensation package including an excellent benefits package consisting of Medical, 401k, Vacation, and Holidays.

The Cabinet Designer / Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

• Design and Sales of kitchen & bath materials, primarily cabinetry and countertops
• Assist showroom clients
• Ordering materials for each job sold

The Cabinet Designer / Sales Representative will need the following requirements:

• Proficient with 20/20 design or similar software.
• Experience managing a design project schedule
• Must be extremely proficient with MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs. Knowledge will be tested.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to pitch and sell Clients products/services to continue building strong client base
• Meet monthly/ yearly sales budgets
• Ability to develop and complete tasks without continued direct supervision
• Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
• Strong Organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
• Ability to interact with management, external client organizations and trade partners in a professional manner, putting value on relationships
