- Physical requirements of this role include:

- Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time
Monday–Saturday with 1 weekday off and 1 early day determined by management;
Sundays optional.
As a sales representative, you will play an essential role as one of the first faces customers see when they walk in the doors of Schulte Subaru. The sales representative is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and buying a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their wants and needs. Our sales representatives are also responsible for giving high quality and knowledgeable demonstrations of new and used vehicle inventory.
JobFunctions And Responsibilities (a Typical Day)
- Greet customers on our show floor or on our car lot in a friendly fashion and offer any assistance or guidance they may need
- Build long term relationships with customers and treat them with kindness and respect
- Gain knowledge of vehicle inventory, product offerings and optional packages including features, product performance, applications and benefits
- Learn how to overcome and bounce back from objections, close sales, and perform other steps in the sale process in accordance with company standards
- Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Direct report to the sales management team regarding goals and objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- TEAM oriented mindset, POSITIVE attitude and an ENERGETIC personality
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- A professional and personable presence over the phone and in person
- No sales experience necessary, but preferred
- A valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
