As a Retail Insurance Sales Associate with Allstate, you’ll be the face of our brand both in the retail location and in your community — welcoming customers, building relationships, and helping families protect what matters most.

• Engage Customers & Community
  • Welcome walk‑in customers with personalized, friendly service
  • Generate leads through outbound calls and local events
  • Build referral networks with local businesses and community organizations
• Deliver Tailored Protection
  • Assess customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
  • Identify gaps in coverage and offer additional products to protect customers fully
  • Offer a wide range of industry‑leading products:
    • Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Personal Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycle, Boat, ATV, Life, and Roadside Assistance

• Base Pay: $21.15/hr
• Target Total Compensation: $54,840 – $82,260 per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance‑Based Incentives)

• Active Personal Lines or General P&C license (preferred, not required)
• 1+ year of sales or customer service with a sales focus preferred; insurance sales experience helpful but not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
• Passion for relationship‑building, networking, and community engagement
• Openness to coaching and feedback
• Availability Monday–Friday (9 AM–5:30 PM) and occasional Saturday (9 AM–2 PM)
