Position OverviewWe’re seeking a driven and relationship-focused Consultative Sales Representative to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and territory growth. You’ll be the face of Rainbow Restoration of Sioux Falls in the market—building trust, educating clients, and driving revenue through meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Client & Referral Partner Engagement- Build and nurture relationships with insurance agents, business owners, property managers, and other referral sources.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored restoration solutions.
- Represent Rainbow Restoration of Sioux Falls at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Make daily outbound calls and emails to generate new business.
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to build a strong pipeline.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with key decision-makers.
- Execute territory plans aligned with company growth targets.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including calls, appointments, new referrals, and revenue.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client pain points.
- Present services with a focus on value, reliability, and differentiation.
- Educate clients on restoration processes and outcomes.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
- Share client feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in CRM.
- Provide regular updates on progress toward goals and strategic opportunities.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration, insurance, mortgage, or related industries.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
