• Engage Customers:

• Showcase Expertise:
  Demonstrate Pella’s innovative products and explain customization, energy efficiency, and design features.
• Drive Sales:
  Generate leads, schedule in-home consultations, and assist with quotes
• Keep It Fresh:
  Maintain a clean, organized showroom and update displays with new products.
• Boost Marketing:
  Plan and support local events (open houses, community outreach). Create engaging social media content and respond to inquiries. Assist with email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Follow Up:
  Ensure timely communication and accurate CRM records.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience in retail, design, customer service, or marketing (home improvement a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for design.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media.
