We are looking for a motivated Marine Salesperson to join our team at Soo Sports, Vern Eide Marine. We specialize in premium fishing boats and pontoons, including Lund, Crestliner, Ranger, Skeeter, Caymas, and Bennington Pontoons

• Help customers find the perfect fishing boat or pontoon based on their needs and experience
• Walk buyers through features, options, rigging possibilities, and accessories
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Deliver a toptier buying experience from first contact to final delivery
• Maintain product knowledge on leading brands and current fishing/boating trends

• Sales experience (marine, powersports, RV, automotive, or similar preferred)
• Fishing knowledge — species, techniques, electronics, gear, seasonal patterns
• Boating experience — operation, safety, rigging basics, outboard knowledge
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self‑driven, organized, and team‑oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
